If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused
- The item is unopened
- The item is in its original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item.
