Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Every formula is made using pure plant oils, butters, herbs, clays, and essential oils. We never use parabens, sulphates, silicones, synthetic fragrances, or artificial colours.
Are your products handmade?
All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and potency.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — especially our Calendula & Oat Gentle Soap Bar, which is formulated specifically for sensitive, dry, or eczema‑prone skin.
Do your haircare products help with hair growth?
Our hair growth range uses botanicals traditionally known to support circulation, strengthen roots, and reduce breakage. Individual results may vary depending on hair health and consistency of use.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Our solid products (bars, balms, masks) do not require synthetic preservatives. We use natural antioxidants where needed.
Can I get samples before making a purchase?

How long does a shampoo bar last?
Typically 40–60 washes depending on hair length, frequency of use, and storage conditions.
How should I store my shampoo or soap bars?
Keep them dry between uses — ideally on a draining soap dish. This helps extend their lifespan.
Do I need a transition period when switching to natural shampoo bars?
Some people experience a short adjustment period as their scalp balances oil production. This usually lasts 1–2 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?
No — international shipping options are not available yet.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order ships. Tracking is available depending on the shipping method selected.
Can I return a product?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
